Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Patrol the property using a company vehicle, including stairwells and multiple floors
  • Conduct thorough stairwell and suit checks to ensure safety and access control
  • Respond to incidents and enforce site policies as outlined in post orders
  • Monitor surveillance (CCTV), access control systems, and safety equipment
  • Prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, theft, and other suspicious activity
  • Maintain control and accountability for keys, badges, and issued equipment
  • Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs using a mobile app
  • Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients
  • Communicate effectively with fellow officers and site leadership
  • Respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies or incidents


What You’ll Bring:

  • Security experience preferred but not required
  • Must be comfortable conducting vehicle patrols and foot patrols
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable using mobile reporting apps and basic security systems
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and patrol stairwells for extended periods
  • Calm and professional demeanor at all times
  • Willing to complete all required training and maintain certifications
