Security FLEX Officer


Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dependable Security FLEX Officer to join our team. This role requires an officer who can provide security coverage at various client sites as needed, often with little to no notice. Candidates must be highly flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to different environments and post orders.


This is a on-call position requiring availability 24/7 for five (5) days out of the week, which must include either Saturday or Sunday.


Requirements:

  • MUST be available 24/7 for 5 days per week (including either Saturday or Sunday)
  • MUST have a minimum of 1 year security experience
  • MUST have a valid driver’s license
  • MUST have a GED or High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • MUST reside within 20 miles of corporate office (ZIP 77079)
  • MUST have a valid Security License
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required
    • NO neck, face, or below-the-wrist tattoos
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide site coverage with little notice
  • Patrol premises and respond to incidents
  • Monitor access control and ensure client safety
  • Write accurate reports and follow post orders
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
