• Wednesday: 7AM-3PM
• Thursday: 7AM-3PM
• Friday: 7AM-3PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 Per Hr

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and professional FLEX Security Officers to support first and second shift operations. This position is ideal for individuals who need a flexible schedule and are available to cover open shifts, call-offs, special assignments, and short-notice coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
• Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients
• Enforce company and site-specific rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable to site)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to remain professional and calm in stressful situations
• Previous security experience preferred but not required (training provided)

Requirements:

• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Security license/certification (if required by state or company policy)
