Security Officer – Overnight Golf Cart Patrol (Monday–Friday)
High-Profile Commercial Property

We are seeking a professional, dependable Overnight Security Officer to provide dedicated golf cart patrol coverage at a high-profile commercial property. This position is ideal for officers who take pride in visibility, consistency, and maintaining a strong security presence during overnight hours.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Overnight Shift
• Consistent, assigned post

Pay Rate

• $15.50 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous golf cart patrols throughout the property
• Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns
• Enforce site rules, policies, and access control procedures
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or alarms
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports using company reporting software
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional security experience (commercial or patrol experience preferred)
• Active Level II or Level III security license (as required by state law)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a golf cart
• Strong observation, communication, and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts
• Must reside within 20 miles of the 77072 ZIP code
