Saturday (On call if you want 40)  

Sunday  11pm-7am (8 Hours Desk)  

Monday (On call if you want 40)  

Tuesday (On call if you want 40)  

Wednesday  9p - 5p (8 Hour Walking Patrol ) (77019)  

Thursday 9p - 5p (8 Hour Walking Patrol ) (77019)  

Friday (On call if you want 40)  

United Protective Services is hiring for a Security Officer in the Downtown/ Heights area. This is a very customer service-oriented position, bring your smiles in!  

Essential Skills and Abilities:  

• Must be able to perform rigorous foot patrol duties for an entire shift
• Essential duties require the ability to stand, stoop, bend, climb stairs, and walk for an extended period
• Must be able to operate telephones in a professional manner
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in the use of basic computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
