Shift Supervisor – High Visibility Site | Near Downtown

Location: Near Downtown  

Pay Rate: $18 – $20.50 per hour 

Schedule: Multiple shifts available — rotating shifts may be required  

Position Type: Full-Time Leadership Role  

We are seeking professional Shift Supervisors to support operations at a high-visibility facility near downtown. This role requires strong leadership presence, adaptability, and the ability to guide officers working in a fast-paced environment involving access control, patrol operations, and public-facing security duties.  

The Shift Supervisor will lead by example, maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment, and ensure officers operate in accordance with post orders and client expectations.  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Security Officers during assigned shifts
• Coordinate gate control and access control operations during high-traffic periods
• Oversee camera monitoring and safety patrol activity
• Ensure compliance with post orders, policies, and procedures
• Provide direction as assignments and operational priorities change
• Assist with incident response, reporting, and documentation
• Maintain professional communication with leadership and client representatives

Position Requirements

• Prior security leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Must be fit for duty and capable of extended walking patrols
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Ability to remain neutral and professional in a dynamic public environment
• Personal electronic devices (including phones) are not permitted while on post
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts as operational needs require
• Valid security license (as required by state law)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Drivers License
