Site Supervisor – Class A Office Building
We are currently seeking a professional, dependable, and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a Class A high-rise office building. This position plays a critical leadership role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and property assets.

Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF Monday: 1430–2230 Tuesday: 1430–2230 Wednesday: 1430–2230 Thursday: 1430–2230 Friday: 1430–2230
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations during their assigned shift. This role ensures officers are properly deployed, post orders are followed, incidents are handled appropriately, and reporting standards are maintained. The Supervisor serves as the on-shift leader and is expected to maintain accountability, professionalism, and operational consistency.
This is a working supervisor position and includes standard security duties in addition to supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct security officers during assigned shift
- Monitor and control access to the building, including visitor and contractor sign-in procedures
- Ensure compliance with post orders, building rules, and security procedures
- Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
- Observe, document, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and incidents
- Review and ensure accuracy of Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports
- Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and tenant service requests
- Address performance concerns and report issues up the chain of command
- Coordinate with property management, emergency services, and on-site personnel as needed
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in security required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid state security license (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Prior military or law enforcement experience preferred but not required

Due to the professional corporate environment of this property, supervisors must maintain a clean and polished appearance at all times. Visible tattoos on the hands, neck, or face are not permitted.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs and conduct routine building patrols
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds if required
