Now Hiring: Field Training Branch Field Training Officer (FTO) / Field Supervisor

Location: Houston Area  Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends Required 

We are seeking a motivated and professional Branch Field Training Officer / Field Supervisor to support multiple sites across the Houston area. 

This is a leadership-track position for a self-starter who values teamwork, accountability, and high professional standards. 

Responsibilities:

• Train and onboard new security officers
• Conduct site visits and performance evaluations
• Reinforce professionalism, report writing, and customer service standards
• Support supervisors and respond to operational issues
• Perform patrol, access control, and camera monitoring as needed
• Assist with shift coverage when required
• Handle minor operational tasks (including tire changes on company vehicles/golf carts)

Requirements:

• Prior security experience required
• FTO or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Must be 25 years or older (company vehicle insurance requirement)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Must meet background and fit-for-duty standards

This position requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to operate independently without constant supervision.
