We are seeking a professional, dependable, and proactive Security Officer to support a high-profile commercial property located in the Westchase District (77042 area). This is a permanent garage patrol position requiring consistent presence, strong situational awareness, and professional engagement with tenants and visitors.

Position Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining a visible security presence throughout a multi-level parking garage and surrounding access points. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently during morning operational hours.
Schedule Requirements (Mandatory)
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift
- Consistent attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to remain on post for full scheduled shift
- Must live within a 20-minute commute of 77042

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine foot patrols of multi-story parking garage
- Monitor stairwells, elevator lobbies, and access control points
- Provide high-visibility presence to deter criminal activity
- Observe and report suspicious or unsafe conditions
- Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
- Communicate effectively with property management and supervisors
- Maintain professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional security experience (required)
- Commercial or high-rise experience preferred
- Active Level II or Level III security license (per state law)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
