What You’ll Do
As a Field Training Officer, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining safety, supporting your team, and ensuring exceptional service across multiple client locations.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Set the standard for professionalism and customer care, ensuring every client receives top-tier service.
- Stay Alert & Informed: Use your strong observation skills to monitor environments and produce clear, detailed activity reports.
- Respond with Confidence: When urgent situations arise, you’ll be ready to respond quickly and handle them with professionalism and precision.
- Enforce Standards: Maintain order and integrity by effectively enforcing procedures, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead the Team: Guide and support your division through coaching and progressive disciplinary measures, helping elevate performance across the board.
- Manage Critical Incidents: Often the first on scene, you’ll take charge of incidents, ensuring they are handled safely and documented accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership: Prior supervisory experience such as Lead Officer, Shift Lead, or Field Supervisor.
- Professional & Reliable: Able to successfully complete a thorough screening process.
- Relevant Background (Preferred): Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is highly valued.
- Ready to Roll: A valid driver’s license is required.
