We are seeking a professional and experienced Site Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a high-profile, Class A corporate property in Frisco.   

Schedule:

Monday: 6AM-2PM

Tuesday: 6AM-2PM

Wednesday: 6AM-2PM

Thursday: 6AM-2PM

Friday: 6AM-2PM

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: OFF

Pay Rate: $23 per hour

This daytime leadership role is Monday to Friday from 06:00 AM to 2:00PM in a high-end customer service focused environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate that is looking for a balance between quality of life and a great working environment with a caring and professional client     

Responsibilities:      

• Supervise and mentor on-site security personnel
• Ensure post orders, policies, and client expectations are executed flawlessly
• Maintain a sharp, professional appearance and command presence
• Act as the primary point of contact between site staff and upper management
• Complete detailed reports and oversee incident documentation
• Proactively address operational or performance concerns

Qualifications:      

• Prior security experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Professional demeanor suited for a corporate headquarters setting
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
