Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and professional Branch Field Training Officer to support multiple sites across Houston. This is a leadership-track position designed for a self-starter who values teamwork, accountability, and maintaining high professional standards in the field.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in training, mentoring, and ensuring that all officers are performing their duties in accordance with company policies and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and onboard new security officers at assigned sites
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections during overnight shifts
  • Ensure all officers are in proper uniform and in compliance with post orders
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and corrective training when necessary
  • Assist with scheduling coverage and filling emergency open shifts as needed
  • Maintain detailed reports of site activity, incidents, and training progress
  • Act as the primary point of contact for overnight field operations
  • Support management with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when required

Qualifications:

  • Previous security experience required (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites
  • Flexible schedule with availability for overnight shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in training or field supervision
  • Familiarity with incident reporting systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
