Position: Full-Time Security Officer (Customer Service Focused)

United Protective Services is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer service–driven Security Officer to join our team. This position is primarily assigned to a Lobby Desk and plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and service-oriented environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in providing exceptional customer service while remaining alert, responsive, and professional in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high level of customer service to tenants, guests, and staff at all times
• Serve as the first point of contact, providing assistance, directions, and support as needed
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence while ensuring site security
• Monitor activity and report any suspicious behavior or safety concerns
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, alarms, and service requests
• Complete accurate and detailed daily activity and incident reports

Requirements:

• Previous security or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and situational awareness
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
