Saturday -OFF

Sunday - OFF

Monday - 3:00PM to 11:00PM

Tuesday - 3:00PM to 11:00PM

Wednesday - 3:00PM to 11:00PM

Thursday - 3:00PM to 11:00PM

Friday - 3:00PM to 11:00PM

Pay: $16-17/Hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and flexible Security Officer to support multiple sites across the San Antonio area. This position provides consistent full-time hours with the opportunity for additional overtime based on operational needs.

The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple environments while maintaining a strong security presence and high level of professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols (foot and/or golf cart) across assigned properties(s)
• Maintain a visible presence to deter security concerns and unauthorized activity
• Monitor property conditions and enforce site-specific policies
• Interact professionally with residents, tenants, and the general public
• Respond appropriately to incidents and escalate when necessary
• Complete accurate and timely incident reports and activity logs

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor (no neck, face, or below-the-wrist tattoos)
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate, commercial, or Class A office building security
• Experience with visitor management systems and access control software
• Military or law enforcement background is a plus

Ideal Candidate

• Highly reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Flexible and willing to pick up additional shifts as needed
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
• Resides within reasonable distance of assigned sites

Work Environment

This role involves both indoor and outdoor duties, including prolonged standing, walking, and exposure to varying weather conditions.

High School Diploma or GED
