Now Hiring Immediately – Full-Time Security Officer (Overnight – High-Rise Apartment Building)

Set Schedule (32 Hours Weekly):

Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Sunday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Off Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Pay Rate: $16.00 – $16.50/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a professional and dependable Full-Time Security Officer to provide overnight coverage at a Class A high-rise Apartment. This position functions as a rove role and requires a high level of professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast past work environment.

Position Overview: The Security Officer will support nightly operations through exterior and interior patrols, and monitoring of building activity. This position requires reliability, attentiveness, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting tenants and visitors
• Conduct exterior and interior patrols of the building and common areas
• Monitor access control and visitor activity
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues
• Provide professional customer service and assistance when needed
• Respond appropriately to incidents or disturbances
• Document patrols and incidents in reporting software
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance consistent with a high-rise corporate environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of security experience (corporate, concierge, or customer-facing preferred)
• Active Level II or Level III license (as required by state law)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must reside within 15–20 miles or no more than 20 minutes from ZIP code 77024
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance required
• Comfortable working overnight in a corporate, high-rise environment
• Reliable and able to consistently work assigned schedule
