Position Overview
United Protective Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Security Officer to join our team at a local shopping center. This is a highly visible golf cart patrol position, ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and engaging with the public in a professional setting.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers, tenants, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a visible deterrent to criminal activity through proactive patrols
- Conduct regular golf cart patrols of the parking lot, remaining alert and mobile
- Provide professional, courteous interactions with the public and tenants
- Complete accurate and timely Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
- Report incidents, hazards, and concerns promptly to the appropriate contacts
