United Protective Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Field Training Officer to help develop Security Officers, perform field inspections, and provide support across multiple client locations. This is a great opportunity for a security professional with leadership experience who enjoys coaching others and maintaining high standards.

Schedule

  • Saturday & Sunday: 23:59 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Monday & Tuesday: Off
  • Wednesday – Friday: 23:59 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and mentor Security Officers in the field
  • Conduct routine site inspections and performance audits
  • Assist with incident response and emergency situations
  • Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation
  • Ensure officers follow company policies and client expectations
  • Promote professional customer service at all assigned locations
  • Travel between client sites as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements
  • Previous leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
