Position: Security Site Supervisor Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation: Salary Position (Compensation discussed during the interview)

United Protective Services is seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Security Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a prestigious Class A commercial property. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong organizational and computer skills who can effectively supervise officers, maintain operational excellence, and foster positive relationships with both clients and tenants.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the daily operations of the onsite security team.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and accountability to security officers while promoting a positive team culture.
  • Ensure officers are properly trained, professional in appearance, and consistently meeting performance expectations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to property management, tenants, visitors, and vendors.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure all patrols, inspections, and assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Review, approve, and maintain Daily Activity Reports (DARs), incident reports, and other security documentation.
  • Utilize security software and Microsoft Office applications to complete administrative responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate closely with Property Management and company leadership regarding security operations, incidents, staffing, and special projects.
  • Respond to emergencies, security incidents, and customer concerns in a professional and decisive manner.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Assist with scheduling, officer training, performance coaching, and operational planning as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of security experience required.
  • Previous security supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supervising security personnel in a commercial office environment preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn security reporting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on coaching, accountability, and team development.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Active Texas Level II Security License required (Level III preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
