Job Skills / Requirements

Pay Rate: $19.28/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AMHours: 40 hours per week

Security Experience Required

We are seeking a dependable and professional Security Officer for a full-time overnight position. Previous security experience is mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate should be reliable, attentive, professional, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine building and property patrols
• Maintain a high level of attentiveness and situational awareness
• Monitor for suspicious activity, safety concerns, and security issues
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents
• Provide professional concierge service to tenants, clients, and visitors
• Document and report incidents accurately
• Complete and submit detailed daily activity reports
• Follow all site-specific post orders and security procedures

Requirements

• Previous security experience is required
• Must be dependable and able to consistently work the assigned overnight schedule
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift
• Ability to complete clear and accurate written reports
