Position: Floater / Flexible Coverage

No Previous Security Experience Required

United Protective Services is seeking dependable and flexible Floater Security Officers to assist with coverage at various locations throughout the Frisco area. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible hours who are comfortable working at different locations and adapting to varying schedules.

Previous security experience is not required. Training will be provided to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage at assigned locations
• Conduct routine building and property patrols
• Maintain a high level of attentiveness and situational awareness
• Monitor for suspicious activity, safety concerns, and security issues
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Provide professional customer service to tenants, clients, and visitors
• Complete daily activity and incident reports
• Follow site-specific post orders and procedures

Requirements

• Flexible availability for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
• Willingness to work varying days and hours based on coverage needs
• Dependable and willing to work at different assigned locations
• Ability to adapt quickly to different sites and responsibilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive throughout the shift
• Security experience is welcome, but not required
