United Protective Services is hiring an experienced Field Training Officer to train and mentor Security Officers, conduct field inspections, and support operations at multiple client locations. This role is ideal for a security professional with leadership experience who enjoys developing employees and maintaining strong performance standards.

Schedule

  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Monday & Tuesday: Off
  • Wednesday – Friday: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and mentor Security Officers in the field.
  • Perform site inspections and officer performance checks.
  • Support incident response and emergency situations.
  • Complete reports and required documentation.
  • Ensure officers follow company and client standards.
  • Reinforce professional service and security practices.
  • Travel between assigned client locations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements.
  • Prior leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
