United Protective Services is seeking an experienced security professional to serve as a Morning Field Training Officer. This position will visit assigned properties, train new and current Security Officers, evaluate performance, and provide operational support throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to accountability, consistency, and professional service.

Assigned Hours

  • Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Monday–Tuesday: Scheduled Days Off
  • Wednesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Essential Functions

  • Train and coach new and current Security Officers on-site.
  • Conduct property visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
  • Identify performance issues and provide corrective coaching.
  • Ensure Officers understand post orders, duties, and company standards.
  • Assist with security incidents and urgent operational needs.
  • Complete accurate inspection, training, and activity reports.
  • Maintain a professional presence with Officers, clients, and the public.
  • Travel between assigned client locations throughout the shift.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
  • Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements.
  • Previous security leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Field Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions with limited supervision.
  • Military or law enforcement experience is a plus.
