United Protective Services is seeking an experienced Field Training Officer to train and coach Security Officers, evaluate performance, and support afternoon operations across multiple client properties. This role is ideal for a proven security leader who takes pride in developing employees, maintaining accountability, and delivering consistent service.

Work Schedule
- Saturday–Sunday: Off
- Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Primary Duties
- Train, coach, and support Security Officers in the field.
- Conduct post visits and inspections to evaluate performance.
- Reinforce company policies, post orders, and client requirements.
- Respond to incidents and provide support during emergencies.
- Complete accurate reports and required documentation.
- Promote professionalism, accountability, and quality customer service.
- Travel between assigned client properties as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 25 years old to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
- Previous security leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Military or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
