Pay: $17.50 per hour

United Protective Services is hiring Flex Security Officers to provide coverage at various client locations. We're looking for dependable, professional individuals who can adapt to changing schedules, step into different assignments, and deliver exceptional security services.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working varying shifts and locations based on operational needs.

What You'll Do

• Provide security coverage at multiple assigned locations.
• Conduct patrols, monitor activity, and maintain a safe environment.
• Enforce site policies and follow established post orders.
• Respond to incidents and complete accurate reports.
• Assist with access control and visitor management.
• Fill open shifts and support staffing needs as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous security experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to various work locations.
• Ability to work days, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to accept changing assignments.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments.
• Ability to meet applicable state security licensing requirements.

• Coverage needs may include short-notice assignments.
• Weekly hours depend on available assignments and operational needs.
• Flex officers must be willing to work at different client properties.
