Position Name: Site Supervisor


Position Summary
:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and timely, efficient, and accurate delivery of security services to the assigned client account. Is the initial point of contact with the client and works directly with the client to complete required actions. Responds to all client requests and address client issues, while keeping Security Engineer Management apprised of all issues and concerns regarding the client.

Duties and Responsibilities
:
·         Responsible for being the initial point of contact with the client. Works directly with the client to complete required actions. Respond to all client requests and address client issues. Keep Security Engineer Management apprised of all issues and concerns regarding the client.
 
·         Confirm officers are trained in their post responsibilities before they assuming duty and that they are licensed in accordance with state policies. Inspects and checks the work of the officers assigned to the post. Addresses issues and concerns with the officers.
 
·         Ensure officers all properly groomed, clean and look professional in uniform and are in accordance with the Security Engineers Uniform Policy. Coordinate with the Branch Manager for any uniform issues.
 
·         Immediately respond to call offs/opens posts and attempts to fill post with available personnel. Maintain a list of officers assigned to the post and have an updated contact list. Responsible for assisting Branch Management with scheduling to ensure all shifts are covered with minimum overtime.

·         Assure that the post has the necessary paperwork and equipment so officers can complete their duties. Coordinate with either the client or Branch Manager, depending on the situation, for equipment issues.
 
·         Inspects all site equipment used by the officers. Reports any damage and attempts to determine the cause of damage. Request equipment repair or replacement as necessary. Reports all significant issues to Security Engineers Management and if required, ensure that an Incident Report is completed.

·         Coach and discipline personnel as needed. A PMR should be completed for all incidents and upon completion sent to the Branch Manager. Seek Branch Manager advice when needed. Report any officer complaint(s) to the Branch Manager.

Experience Qualifications
:
  • Minimum 3 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience as a Security Supervisor or similar experience preferred.
  • Experience with client relations.
  • Experience with hiring, developing, motivating and retaining staff.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment and work independently.
  • Ability to manage a schedule.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required.
  • Personnel with military or law enforcement backgrounds are highly preferred.
  • Experience with WinTeam preferred. 
  • Experience with OfficerApps or similar guard management software preferred.  

Education Qualifications
:
·         High School Graduate.
·         Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
·         Ability to become ASRB certified.
