Quality Assurance / Assistant Operations Manager Position
Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance/Assistant Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our 24/7 security services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse team, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain employee and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Exercise independent judgement and discretion to lead and manage a team of security personnel, including site supervisors and officers.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure all security operations comply with company policies, contract requirements and client expectations.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing of security staff to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Manage incident response and resolution, including emergency situations.

- Assist with scheduling and staffing of security staff to ensure 24/7 coverage.

- Oversee our Officer Management System to ensure all Officers are conducting the security reports and scanning QR codes during their patrols.
- Ensure all Officers are utilizing our clock in/out system
- Ensure all sites are being inspected by our Field Supervisor
- Visit and inspect Officers
Recruiting & Onboarding:
- Schedule and Interview Officers
- Schedule onboarding and in-house training of all new hires.
- Train Officers on all technology and systems that our company utilizes.
Financial Management:
- Assist with collections
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Review Compliance Tracker of all active Officers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct safety assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security leadership, quality assurance or a related field.
- Highschool diploma or GED.
- Experience in 24/7 security operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of security operations, including emergency response and incident management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of security technology and systems.
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or equivalent
College Education
Certification Requirements (Any)
Pistol Permit
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
Tennessee Armed Security License
Tennessee Unarmed Security License
