Position Title: Branch Manager
Position Summary
The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of our 24/7 security services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse team, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Exercise independent judgement and discretion to lead and manage a team of security personnel, including supervisors and officers.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure all security operations comply with company policies, contract requirements and client expectations.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing of security staff to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Manage incident response and resolution, including emergency situations.
Client Relations:
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their security expectations are met.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess service quality and address concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and client satisfaction.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage an operational budget, controlling costs while ensuring service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential security threats.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (preferred, not required).
- Experience in 24/7 security operations.
- Experience managing budgets and meeting financial performance goals.

- Certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) (preferred, not required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of security operations, including emergency response and incident management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of security technology and systems.

Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree: Accounting/Finance/Business with 3-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
Certification Requirements (Any)
Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR/CCP) is preferred.
Louisiana Armed Security Guard Card
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
