Job Skills / Requirements

2nd Shift Full Time Position
Monday-Friday
3pm-11pm

Job Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Armed Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience (2+ years) preferred.
  • Experience in Unarmed Security and/or Exceptional Customer Service experience (4+ years) preferred.
  • Alarm monitoring and/or Dispatch Experience (1+ years) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must read, write, and speak English. 
  • Strong computer and/or technology skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. (You may be asked to take an aptitude test.)
  • Effective communicator - written and spoken communication skills.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a consistent employment history on their resume.
  • Pass a background investigation.
  • Complete a psychological assessment.
  • Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication. 

Skills Required:
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees.
  • Self-Motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. 
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate logs detailing activities, incidents, and noteworthy observations to facilitate thorough reporting and analysis.
  • Computer literate. Every officer completes reports and documentation in a centralized database using client-provided software.
  • Monitoring, directing, and responding to security and safety issues while ensuring the appropriate response is deployed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide interactive monitoring and incident response services to protect client locations from intrusion, theft and other unauthorized or criminal activities.
  • Mature judgement and the ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
  • Attention to detail and punctuality are essential to success.
  • Candidates must be capable of managing high-pressure environments and effectively multitasking.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (Any)

Alabama Security Regulatory Board License
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
