Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Armed Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience (2+ years) preferred.
- Experience in Unarmed Security and/or Exceptional Customer Service experience (4+ years) preferred.
- Alarm monitoring and/or Dispatch Experience (1+ years) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must read, write, and speak English.
- Strong computer and/or technology skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. (You may be asked to take an aptitude test.)
- Effective communicator - written and spoken communication skills.
- Candidates must demonstrate a consistent employment history on their resume.
- Pass a background investigation.
- Complete a psychological assessment.
- Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication.
Skills Required:
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees.
- Self-Motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate logs detailing activities, incidents, and noteworthy observations to facilitate thorough reporting and analysis.
- Computer literate. Every officer completes reports and documentation in a centralized database using client-provided software.
- Monitoring, directing, and responding to security and safety issues while ensuring the appropriate response is deployed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide interactive monitoring and incident response services to protect client locations from intrusion, theft and other unauthorized or criminal activities.
- Mature judgement and the ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
- Attention to detail and punctuality are essential to success.
- Candidates must be capable of managing high-pressure environments and effectively multitasking.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (Any)
Alabama Security Regulatory Board License
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
