Job Skills / Requirements
Armed Field Team Captain-Overnight
7pm-7am
Bi-weekly Schedule:
Wk1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
Wk2: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday

Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Armed Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience (3+ years) preferred.
- 1+ years of Supervisory and Customer Service preferred.
- Armed security officer (must pass Armed training, have valid pistol permit).
- This is a driving post (must have good MVR).
- Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Comfortable with new technology
- Strong written, electronic, and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities simultaneously.
- A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you.
- The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation.
Job Description:
- Responsible for assisting the Operations Supervisor with the day-to-day operations. This includes disseminating information, addressing issues and concerns, training officers, and responding to emergencies as they arise.
- Responsible for performing day and night site inspections in the field. Responsible for visiting assigned post locations on a regular basis. Use Officer Apps to complete site inspections. Immediately address violations or officer issues. Refer serious concerns or issues with either Site Supervisor or Branch Manager.
- Coach and mentor employees on proper security standards and procedures. This includes training new employees in their duties and responsibilities. Report any officer complaint(s) to the Branch Manager. Refer required disciplinary issues and concerns to the Branch Manager for action.
- On occasion, may be required to assist by filling open or vacant positions on the schedule. This may include any shift and/or any schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- The Field Supervisor (Captain) is expected to maintain an Armed Security License, possess a valid state driver license, be able to safely operate a company vehicle, and respond to phone calls from SEI Management.
- All Security Engineer Officers are expected to be a Security Professional who conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner when dealing with clients or other Officers.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (Any)
Alabama Security Regulatory Board License
Pistol Permit
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
