Job Skills / Requirements
Armed Field Team Supervisor
Schedule:
- 5 Days ON, 5 Days OFF
- 3rd Shift 7pm-7am
- $19/hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn all job sites and their requirements.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Inspect all job sites daily. Assist operations with monitoring vehicle idling.
- Assist operations with scheduling.
- Fill-in for officers as needed due to call-off, paid time off, etc.
- Maintain Training of Field Officers.
Requirements:
- Must Have Concealed Carry Pistol Permit.
- Previous security experience preferred; complete required security training and pass a comprehensive written exam. (Company Provided)
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed positions.
- Must Pass a Criminal Background Investigation
- Have a valid, not expired, driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Must have a clean driving record. MVR check will be conducted.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Be able to verify/explain all gaps in employment and not have been terminated from previous employment for other than honorable circumstances.
- Be in generally good health and physically able to perform the duties assigned.
- Be literate in the English language and be able to read and understand written orders and instructions, complete standard forms and logs and compose reports that convey complete information.
- Have reliable communication such as home phone or cell phone.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Communicate effectively with others.
- For some sites must have computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Proven Leadership/Supervisor skills are a must, with Contract/Private Security experience a definite plus.
- Comfortable with new technology
- Experience with CCTV, preferred
- Self-motivated with strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to and help manage change at all levels of the company.
- Strong written, electronic, and oral communication skills
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse workforce, Client Base, and supporting Management and Leadership Team.
Education:
- High school education or suitable equivalent.

Pistol Permit
