Job Skills / Requirements

Must be available for all scheduled hours.
Schedule:
Tues (1:30pm-8pm)
Wed & Thurs (1:30pm-9pm)
Fri (1:30pm-1:00am)
Sat (6:30pm-1:00am)

• Conduct regular walking patrols of assigned areas to identify and report any identified security and safety concerns.
• The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation.
• Monitor and control access points, checking identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises.
• Climb up to 3 floors of stairs without stopping.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents following established procedures.
• Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively assisting and addressing inquiries or concerns from visitors, employees, or clients, cultivating a positive and secure environment.
• Ability to enforce property rules as set by the client in a non-confrontational

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Alabama Security Regulatory Board License
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
