PalAmerican is looking for a Client Services Manager who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients, and assist in bringing new clients on board. The CSM will help our clients better understand the full potential of our products and act as a liaison between client and customer service. Our CSM will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction. In addition to recruitment of new guards for their corresponding sites.

Yearly Compensation is $85,746.32


Duties of the Client Services Manager, Security includes:

  • The Client Services Manager serves as a liaison between the organization and our customers and works to ensure that customer service is of the highest of standards – capable of representing PalAmerican in a professional manner in the security industry

  • Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facilities and ensure service is of the highest standards

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and serve as the liaison between PalAmerican, our clients, and our assigned staff

  • Routinely visit and inspect supervisors and security officers assigned to accounts within the business unit, including but not limited to reviewing reports, providing training & guidance, evaluating proficiency ensuring compliance to contract specifications as well as PalAmerican policy, providing assistance when necessary, and initiating corrective action as required

  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the accounts

  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of post specifications, post orders, instructions, patrol areas, zones, emergency procedures, staffing requirements/priorities, client policies and procedures, and any other information necessary for the effective and efficient operation within the business unit

  • Pre and post contract roll-out management
  • Oversee all operations (scheduling/payroll/finances)
  • Schedule meet and greets and orientations

Minimum Qualifications of the Client Services Manager, Security includes:

 

  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen, and re-screening as necessary Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Proficient in the use and understanding of technology
