Our primary business is to hire, train, equip, and deploy Security Officers to protect private and government buildings, offices, and work sites. Job Skills / Requirements

The Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day activities of employee and applicant contacts for TIS. The Specialist handles all phone, email, and walk-in contacts in the Dallas Office. Taking messages, relaying day-to-day operational issues, and assist with employee and client issues. 

The Specialist will maintain forms on Google Documents, Excel, Word, E-Mail, US Mail, and other various forms of written communication. 

The Specialist will create, handle, destroy and file applicant and employee paperwork to include sensitive material and public data and maintain this information for set time periods.

The Specialist will inventory and maintain office supplies to include uniforms for staff.

The Specialist will be the primary contact for hiring for the Dallas area. The Specialist will conduct recruiting activities, set interviews, ensure background checks are complete, prepare hiring packets, and maintain employee records.

The Specialist will prepare forms, assist with sales calls, order supplies, move and shred files when necessary. 

Other general administrative duties as needed.
