Job Skills / Requirements

Maintenance of Houston is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can perform various tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and supervising team members. This position requires a flexible schedule often times requiring work in the evenings and weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to multitask with little supervision
  • Perform quality controls
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Regularly meet with facility staff to ensure expectations are being met.
  • Lead day-to-day cleaning and janitorial operations

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in a medical facility is a plus!
  • Submit and clear background check
  • Submit and pass drug screening
  • Must be available weekends
