Position Summary:

The Overnight Janitorial Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all nightly cleaning operations within the shopping center. This includes supervising janitorial staff, ensuring cleaning standards are met, addressing issues in real time, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team during off-hours in a high-visibility, customer-facing facility.
