As a Janitor you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all designated areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to cleaning.

 Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on various types of flooring including but not limited to carpet, tile, hardwood, vinyl, and concrete.

Utilize appropriate cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals to remove stains, dirt, and debris from floors, ensuring they are sanitized and safe for use.

 Operate floor cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet extractors, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing floor maintenance activities to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property or equipment.

 Ability to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and communicate effectively.

 Capable of performing strenuous tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
