Janitorial Building Lead
Monday - Friday 4:00pm-12:30am
The Janitorial Building Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations within the facility. This role involves managing a team of janitorial staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the facility remains in optimal condition.
- Supervise, train, and work side by side with janitorial staff.
- Address and resolve any staff issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Oversee the use of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
- Place orders for supplies and ensure proper storage and usage.
- Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints from staff or client
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions
Hourly wage $17.00-$19.00
