What You'll Do
- Supervise cleaning teams across multiple job sites
- Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded
- Support, train, and motivate employees in the field
- Maintain client relationships and resolve issues quickly
- Manage schedules, inspections, and supply needs

What You Bring
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation, with a suitable driving record
- Previous supervisory experience (janitorial or facilities experience a plus!)
- Great organizational skills and a hands-on attitude
- Willingness to travel between job sites in your assigned area
