What You'll Do
- Learn all aspects of daily operations and team supervision
- Support Area Supervisors and Operations Managers in the field
- Help manage cleaning teams and job site quality control
- Communicate with team members and clients to ensure great service
- Take on leadership responsibilities as you grow in the role
