Facility Cleaning Supervisor | Novi

Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM

$16-$17 per hour

Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-run facilities? Saber Building Services is seeking a Facility Cleaning Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations, support janitorial staff, and help ensure the facility consistently meets high standards for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example, provide guidance and support to team members, and step in to assist with cleaning duties when needed. If you are dependable, organized, and confident managing both people and daily operational needs, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support cleaning staff during the evening shift
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside staff as needed
• Operate cleaning equipment such as an auto scrubber and backpack vacuum on a regular basis
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking cleaning supplies and equipment
• Support a clean, safe, and professional environment for building occupants and visitors
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
