Custodial Supervisor – Cleaning Operations

Full-Time | Auburn Hills, Pontiac

4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Hourly Pay Starting at $17+

Saber Building Services is hiring Custodial Supervisors to help lead cleaning operations across the Pontiac area. Multiple positions are available.

This is not a sit-at-a-desk management job. Our Area Supervisors are active in the field each day supporting employees, visiting customer locations, solving problems, inspecting buildings, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

If you are someone who likes staying busy, working independently, leading people, and having variety in your day, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise cleaning teams across multiple facilities
• Train and support employees in the field
• Perform building inspections and maintain quality standards
• Help cover shifts and respond to operational needs when needed
• Communicate with customers and help resolve concerns professionally
• Monitor staffing, supplies, and daily building conditions
• Keep accounts organized, staffed, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisor, team lead, or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and organized with good follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple locations
• Ability to motivate employees and maintain accountability
• Janitorial, custodial, or facility operations experience is a plus
