Custodian | Farmington Hills

Monday - Friday | 5:00pm - 9:00pm

$15 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support cleaning operations at a modern automotive technology and engineering facility in the Farmington Hills area near the M-5 and 12 Mile corridor.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment. The facility supports advanced automotive engineering and technology operations, so attention to detail and consistent quality are important in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties throughout office and common areas
• Vacuum offices, hallways, conference rooms, and shared spaces
• Operate an automatic floor scrubber to maintain facility flooring
• Maintain cleanliness throughout entrances, workspaces, and common areas
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Previous vacuuming experience preferred
• Experience operating an automatic floor scrubber preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a professional office and technology environment
