Custodian | Troy

Monday - Friday | 6p-10p

$15 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support cleaning operations at a busy professional office facility in the Troy area near the John R and 14 Mile corridor.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment. Attention to detail, reliability, and consistency are important in helping support daily business operations within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties throughout office and common areas
• Vacuum offices, hallways, conference rooms, and shared spaces
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Maintain cleanliness throughout entrances, workspaces, and common areas
• Restock facility supplies as needed
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Previous vacuuming experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a professional office environment
