Custodian | Troy

Monday - Friday | 5p-9p

$15 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a professional office complex in the Troy area near the Crooks Road and Long Lake Road corridor.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workplace. The role supports general office cleaning after normal business hours and requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties throughout office and common areas
• Vacuum offices, hallways, conference rooms, and shared spaces using a backpack vacuum
• Dust surfaces and maintain general appearance throughout the facility
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Maintain cleanliness throughout entrances, workspaces, and shared areas
• Restock facility supplies as needed
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any facility concerns or supply needs to management

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to wear and use a backpack vacuum during the shift
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a professional office environment
