Custodian | Novi

Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

$15 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a professional automotive technology and manufacturing support facility in the Novi area near the I-275 and 8 Mile Road corridor.

This is a full-clean custodial position responsible for completing a full range of janitorial duties throughout the building. The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and comfortable maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment within an automotive supplier facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform full janitorial and custodial cleaning throughout the facility
• Clean offices, entrances, hallways, common areas, workspaces, and shared spaces
• Clean and restock restrooms and facility supplies
• Vacuum carpets, offices, hallways, and shared areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface floors
• Dust surfaces and maintain overall facility appearance
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the building
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report facility concerns, supply needs, or maintenance issues to management
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional workplace environment

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and complete a full cleaning routine
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a professional automotive supplier environment
