Custodian | Auburn Hills

Monday - Friday | 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM

$15 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a professional automotive corporate headquarters facility in the Auburn Hills area near the I-75 corridor.

This position is focused on floor care and general custodial support throughout the building. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable staying active during the shift, and takes pride in maintaining clean, professional, and well-kept facility spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care throughout assigned areas of the facility
• Sweep, dust mop, mop, and maintain hard surface floors
• Vacuum offices, hallways, conference rooms, and shared spaces using a backpack vacuum
• Operate an automatic floor scrubber as assigned
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report facility concerns, supply needs, or equipment issues to management

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or floor care experience preferred
• Ability to wear and use a backpack vacuum during the shift
• Previous experience operating an automatic floor scrubber preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a professional automotive corporate environment
