Summary: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Protection Specialist to ensure the safety and security of a high-profile executive within the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for advance planning, route security, protective intelligence, surveillance detection, crisis management, communication protocols, counter-surveillance techniques, medical support, residential security, and operational flexibility. The position demands exceptional skills in threat assessment, emergency response, and personal protection.

Executive Safety and Security:
  • Provide close protection to the assigned executive during all activities and movements within the United States.
  • Utilize defensive driving tactics to ensure safe and secure transportation.
Advance Planning:
  • Conduct advance site surveys and threat assessments for all locations the executive will visit.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for each location, including entry and exit strategies.
Route Security:
  • Plan and secure travel routes, including primary and alternative routes.
  • Conduct reconnaissance and security checks along planned routes.
Protective Intelligence:
  • Gather and analyze intelligence related to potential threats against the executive.
  • Maintain updated intelligence reports and brief the executive and security team regularly
Surveillance Detection:
  • Identify and mitigate surveillance by potential adversaries using advanced tactics and methods.
  • Conduct regular surveillance detection operations.

Crisis Management:
  • Develop and execute crisis management and evacuation procedures in case of an immediate threat or attack.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams during emergencies.
Communication Protocols:
  • Establish and maintain clear communication protocols between protection team members and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication during all operations and emergencies.

Counter-surveillance Techniques:
  •  Employ counter-surveillance techniques to detect and deter hostile surveillance activities.
  • Train team members on advanced counter-surveillance methods.
Medical Support:
  • Provide medical support and emergency response capabilities.
  • Ensure readiness to address medical emergencies and coordinate with medical professionals as needed

Residential Security:
  • Implement specific measures and protocols to secure the executive’s residence.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and updates to residential security plans.
Operational Flexibility:
  •  Adapt tactics and procedures based on changes in threat levels or the executive’s schedule and movements.
  •  Maintain flexibility to respond to dynamic security challenges. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Personal Protection Specialist (PPS) certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military.
  • Extensive knowledge of security operations, threat assessment, and risk management.
  • Proficient in the use of security equipment and surveillance systems.
  • Strong observational and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Defensive driving certification or proven defensive driving experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain physical fitness and handle high-stress situations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • First Aid CPR AED Training.
Working Conditions
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel domestically on short notice.
  • Potential exposure to high-risk environments and situations.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
