Job Skills / Requirements

This role as Fleet Manager will support our Fleet Operations company-wide. You will be reporting to the corporate office can be a requirement.

This position works closely with our Operations Administrators, Regional and Branch managers throughout the company. This role is an integral part of the operation of our company and requires dedication and attention to detail.  

Pay is hourly and will be discussed. 

This position will have a somewhat flexible schedule, but the willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, or prolonged hours during our company's emergency & Urgent response efforts. Commitment to these areas and understanding the 24/hour nature of our work is a requirement for this position. 

Expected Duties:
  • Fleet Management 
    • Maintain Fuel Account 
    • Insurance 
    • Plate Renewals 
    • Inspection Review 
    • Vehicle wrapping 
    • MVRs 
    • Maintain Fleet Files 
    • Fleet telematics
    • Approval of Repairs 
    • assigning and tracking vehicles
    • Equipping vehicles 
    • logistics for vehicle delivery

  • Ability to make sound decisions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
