Job Skills / Requirements
Inner Parish Security Coporation (IPSC) is seeking Licensed Unarmed Branch Supervisors for the Denver area!
This role serves as support for our Field Operations Team.
This person will need to: have the capacity to quickly learn and understand the day-to-day operations of our company, implement new initiatives and technologies, work across departmental lines to complete projects, and ensure they are exceeding expectations! This position is a key position and will have to daily manage their tasks to ensure alignment with the company and branch-level goals.
This position will be based out of the Denver area. You must be able to be on call and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as you will be a part of the team responsible for the operation of a department that is supporting a 24/7 operation. Commitment and understanding the 24/7 nature of our work is a requirement for this position. As a leader in the company, this role will help steward the culture of the company, and must align with IPSC's Core values, and be able to manage based on these values.
Salaried Position
8 Hour Shifts

Supervisor 1
Mon-Thursday (0600-1400)
On call Fridays (2200-0600)
Supervisor 2
Mon-Thursday (1400-2200)
On call Sundays (2200-0600)
Supervisor 3
Friday-Sunday (0600-1400)
On call Mon-Tues (2200-0600)
On call every other Saturday (2200-0600)
Supervisor 4
Friday-Sunday (1400-2200)
On call Wed-Thurs (2200-0600)
On call every other Saturday (2200-0600)
