LACOSTA is looking for a Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA!

Job Schedule: Must be ok with flexible hours, this is a supervisory position that may require your attention during off hours.
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
- $19/hr
Job Duties:
Responsible for supervising and overseeing a team of cleaners, participating in cleaning tasks, and documentation of cleaning tasks completed.
- Routine building cleaning
- Restroom cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
- Sanitizing surfaces
- Floor Care
- Stripping/buffing/waxing
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming/Dusting
- Stocking supply rooms
Requirements:
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, non-skid boots/shoes, long pants and any other required PPE.
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
